<br />DES:djk n6/12/91 (056/26) <br />DES:djk 5/26/91R <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Comprehensive <br /> <br />St.reet <br /> <br />Tree <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br />1991-92" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />06/26/91R) <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Davey Tree <br /> <br />Surgery Company, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Any informalities in the aforement.ioned bid of Davey <br /> <br />Tree Surgery Company, are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and direct.ed to <br /> <br />return <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />successful <br /> <br />bidder <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />securi t.ies <br /> <br />guaranteeing <br /> <br />execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />--,- .~...lr- <br />
