<br />J3S:djk "6/24/91 <br /> <br />(085/28) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11550 <br /> <br />JUl 8 1991 <br />_'HAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER TANK REMOVALS AND REPLACEMENT <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Environmental/ <br /> <br />Engineering Services for Municipal Services Center Tank Removals <br /> <br />and Replacement Program" (form dated 06/24/91) by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California and Wahler Associates, of Palo Alto, California, for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />professional <br /> <br />environmental/engineering <br /> <br />services therein described relat.ing t.o the Project, <br /> <br />a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full part.iculars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11550 <br /> <br />-- lr.. <br />
