FXS:dft iÍ/26/91 (071/29) 0 RIG I N A L 7/1/91 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11548 ---------- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO WITH THE YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE FOR THE ASSISTANCE IN THE ACQUISITION OF A SITE TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain j oint. agreement between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the County of San Mateo, a poli t.ical subdivision of the State of California, with t.he Youth and Family Assist.ance, a California non-profit corporation, entitled IIAgreement for the Acquisition and Operation of a Transitional Housing Facility for Homeless Youth" (form dated 6/26/91) providing for assistance in the acquisition of a site locat.ed at. 639 Douglas Avenue, Redwood City, California, which will be used for transitional housing for homeless yout.h, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execut.e said agreement, and t.o attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * .---... .~'..1r-.
