The City Council meeting will begin immediately following the Board of <br />Equalization meeting. <br /> <br />1- CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />2- ROLL CALL <br /> <br />3- PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />4- PUBLIC HEARING - NONE <br /> <br />5- APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> A) Approve the Minutes of the Board of Equalization meeting of July 23~, 2001 as submitted; <br />6- STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> A. Appeals Against the General Improvement District 1-64 Assessments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2001-2002; <br /> <br /> StaffContact: Brian Ponty, Financial Services Director 780-7048 bponty~redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> That the Board by motion accept the revised appraised values in those cases in which the <br /> City and the property owners have agreed to a reduced value. Staff also recommends that <br /> the proposed appraised value in the appeal by Mr. Fred Countryman be accepted. <br /> <br />7- ADJOURNMENT - Motion to adjourn to the City Council meeting. <br /> <br />· SPEAKERS, ATTENTION: Speaker's cards are on the rostrtan.
