<br />DES: d-; lr <br /> <br />06/20/91 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11543 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1991-92 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII B of the Constitution of the State of <br /> <br />California places various limitations on t.he City's powers of <br /> <br />appropriation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division 9 of the Government Code (commencing with <br /> <br />Section 7900) provides for the implementation of Article XIII B <br /> <br />by various procedures, including the requirement that each local <br /> <br />jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations <br /> <br />limit for the following fiscal year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby establish as t.he appropriat.ions <br /> <br />limit for Fiscal Year 1991-92, the amount. shown on Exhibit "A", <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.--. .... . . ~'.1r.. <br />
