<br />FXS:dft <br /> <br />4/9/91 (054/29) <br />08/92R <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council proposed <br /> <br />bid documents and sale agreement for the sale of said lots; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that <br /> <br />the above referred City owned property is surplus; that it is no <br /> <br />longer necessary or required for municipal or public purposes; <br /> <br />and that the appraised combined value of the above referred lots <br /> <br />is Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those certain bid documents for the sale of Lots 14 and <br /> <br />15, <br /> <br />Block <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />Farm <br /> <br />Hill <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California comprised of the Notice to Bidders, <br /> <br />Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, Bid Form and Agreement of Sale, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />t,he <br /> <br />Ci ty Clerk <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to publish <br /> <br />notice of the proposed sale thereof pursuant to the provision of <br /> <br />Section 3 1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This Council hereby authorizes the sale of t.he above <br /> <br />described City-owned property in accordance with Section 3 1/2 of <br /> <br />the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11535 <br />
