<br />DES:djk 06/(\~/91 <br /> <br />(074/28) <br /> <br />qualified <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />act <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />Bond <br /> <br />Counsel <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />financing proceedings; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement for Bond Counsel <br /> <br />Services", by and between t.he City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the Stat.e of California, <br /> <br />and Jones Hall Hill & <br /> <br />White, <br /> <br />a Professional Law Corporation, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />t.he performance of <br /> <br />such services for the above-described financing program, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to execute, <br /> <br />and t.o <br /> <br />attest. <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11531 <br />
