<br />reimburse Consultant for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of <br /> <br />Consultant's duties hereunder including costs of travel (outside of the San <br /> <br />Francisco Bay Area), lodging, meals, photocopying, messenger and delivery <br /> <br />services, long distance telephone calls, statistical services, costs of publication of <br /> <br />notices, and similar or like expenses. With the exception of out-of-state travel, <br /> <br />which shall be subject to the prior approval of City, Consultant's billings for <br /> <br />reimbursement of actual expenses shall not exceed Two Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($2000). <br /> <br />Consultant shall not charge separately for computer expenses or <br /> <br />administrative overhead. Consultant shall not be responsible for payment of <br /> <br />third-party fees or expenses, such as rating fees, trustee or fiscal agent fees, <br /> <br />engineering fees, feasibility or other consultant fees, or professional printing fees <br /> <br />incurred by or for City. In the event, however, Consultant does pay such third- <br /> <br />party fees or expenses on behalf of City, City shall reimburse Consultant for such <br /> <br />fees irrespective of whether City successfully sells bonds or other evidences of <br /> <br />indebtedness for the Project. Payment of any such third-party fees on behalf of <br /> <br />City shall not be charged against the aforesaid Two Thousand Dollar ($2000) <br /> <br />limit on Consultant's expenses. <br /> <br />3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. In the event City desires the performance <br /> <br />of additional services not otherwise included within the services described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A," such services shall be authorized by written task order approved in <br /> <br />advance of the performance thereof by City's City Council by motion duly made <br /> <br />and carried.
