All of that certain real property located in the State of California, County of San <br />Mateo, City of Redwood City and is described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of Shell Parkway <br />with the Northwesterly land of Lot "A" as said Shell Parkway and Lot "A" are <br />shown on that certain map entitled "SANDPIPER SUBDIVISION UNIT NO.1 <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" which said <br />map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of <br />California on July 18, 1985 in Volume 113 of Maps at pages 43, 44 & 45; thence <br />from said point of beginning along the Northwesterly line of said Lot "A" and along <br />the Northwesterly boundary of that certain map entitled "SANDPIPER <br />SUBDIVISION UNIT NO.2, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed July 29, 1987 in Volume 116 of <br />Maps at pages 69, 70 and 71, North 43° 19' 38" East 2064.36 feet to the <br />Northeasterly boundary line of said last mentioned map; thence along said last <br />mentioned boundary, South 46° 40' 22" East 1222.76 feet, South 76° 40' 22" East <br />673.27 feet, South 46° 40" 22" East 579.70 feet, South 63° 33' 53" East 116.00 feet <br />and South 86° 06' 27" East 403.qO feet to the Westerly line of the lands of the State <br />of California; thence along said last mentioned line North 15° 47' 05" West 546.17 <br />feet to an angle point in said State line; thence continuing along said State boundary <br />line.
