EXHIBIT G All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California. said real property being a portion of the "Remainder" as shown on that certain map entitled "LIDO NEIGHBORHOOD, UNIT NO.4", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California in Volume 127 of Maps at pages 59 to 61, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly top of the existing levee that lies adjacent to the Westerly boundary of the "Remainder" as shown on said map, said point also being 880 feet Northerly of the Southwesterly prolongation of the Southeasterly line of the "Remainder", said Southeasterly line also being the Northwesterly line of that certain map recorded in Volume 126 of Maps at Pages 21 to 23, San Mateo County Recorder; thence Southerly along the Westerly top of said levee 20 feet; thence Westerly at a right angle to the previous course 8 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel to, and 8 feet Westerly of, the Westerly top of said levee 40 feet; thence Easterly at a right angle to the previous course, 8 feet to the Westerly top of said levee; thence Southerly along the Westerly top of said levee 20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
