<br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the Cicy of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, lying within the "Remainder" as shown on that certain map entitled "LIDO <br />NEIGHBORHOOD, UNIT NO.4", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California in Volume 127 of Maps at pages 59 to 61, and being a portion of <br />"Parcel-5" as said Parcel is more particularly described in that certain document entitled "Phelps <br />Slough Boundary and Exchange Agreement", which document was recorded February 22, 1974 in <br />Volume 6557 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 633, and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land 10 feet wide along the centerline of that certain existing exterior levee that lies <br />Easterly of the Westerly boundary of the "Remainder" and bounded on the, South by the <br />Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of that certain map recorded in Volume 126 of <br />Maps at Pages 21 to 23, San Mateo County Recorder, and bounded on the North by a line that lies <br />900 feet Northerly of, and parallel to, said Northwesterly line. <br /> <br /> <br />RSP049\exhibitj <br /> <br />08/20/98 <br /> <br />-- 11" <br />
