S. 1063 has been referred to the Senate Commerce Committee and has 4 co-sponsors. A House companion measure (HR. 2418) with identical language was introduced in the House by Rep. Bart Gordon (D- Tenn.) and has 19 cospon- sors, including California Representatives Eshoo, Lofgren and Schiff. The House measure has been referred to the Energy and Commerce Committee.
