<br />Library Area Parking <br /> <br />. ISSUES: <br />- Library area parking is congested. <br />- Can't Library patrons park for free? <br />. PROPOSED SOLUTIONS: <br />- Move fleet to the area behind the library. <br />- Decongest City Hall Employee Lot by moving City <br />Hall employees behind the Library after 6pm. <br />- Decongest Library Lot by offering a limited number of <br />permits for area behind Library to restaurant workers. <br />- Allow Library patrons to park for free at Marshall, <br />Jefferson, or Middlefield with a validation. <br />- Council will also have to option to install a pay-on-foot <br />system in the Library parking lot that would allow for <br />Library validations. <br />
