Determine if validation system will be established <br />for the Library. <br />- Install new signage. <br />- Create a marketing program. <br />- Set up an advisory committee and a process <br />for the expenditure of parking revenues. <br />. All changes would take effect on <br />February 1 , 2006. <br />
