Approval of Expansion of Sewer Service Area to include nine (9) parcels located <br />in unincorporated San Mateo County and in Redwood City's "Sphere of <br />Influence." <br /> <br />Contact: Grace Le, Associate Civil Engineer 780-7258 aleCð>.redwoodcitv.ora <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve and authorize the expansion of the City of Redwood City's Sewer <br />Service Area, and allow sewer connection at the time of request by the <br />homeowners of the following parcels: <br /> <br />058-030-140 (1250 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-120 (1254 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-110 (1256 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-100 (1262 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-070 (1306 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-090 (1278 Edgewood Road) <br />058-030-040 (1338 Edgewood Road) <br />058-021-030 (1438 Edgewood Road) <br />058-021-010 (1486 Edgewood Road) <br /> <br />Subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Property owners demonstrate that exceptional or extraordinary conditions <br />affecting the premises exist that will require sewer service from the City <br />2. Authorize the implementation of the City's Toilet Rebate Program for Fiscal <br />Year 2005/2006 <br />2. Set rebate amount per qualified toilet at: <br />a. $75 for Gravity-Fed models using the mandated 1.6 gallons per flush <br />(GPF), <br />b. $125 for Pressure Assist 1.6 GPF models and <br />c. $175 for High Efficiency Models that use at least 20% less than the <br />mandated 1.6 GPF. <br />3.
