ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br />Consent Calendar. If the su!2ject vou w~ to ad,gress is not on the agenda. please <br />~rown Act (Open ~Law) preclYQes the Council/Agencv from <br />taking anv action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be <br />routine and the City Council/Agency will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar <br />(except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, and <br />approve other items by one motion and one vote.
