This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If <br /> you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it <br /> to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the Council Members.) If your subject <br /> is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open <br /> meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject <br /> listed on the agenda, you will be recognized by the Mayor at the appropriate time your item of <br /> interest is being considered by Council. <br /> <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be <br /> enacted by one motion and one vote.
