<br />;) E S : d f t <br /> <br />~/21/91 (060/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/3/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11526 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT RELATING TO PROPOSED PROJECT AT 800-898 CHESTNUT <br />STREET <br /> <br />(WOODWARD-CLYDE CONSULTANTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the preparation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />environmental <br /> <br />impact <br /> <br />report <br /> <br />relating <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />proposed <br /> <br />development project located at 800 - 898 Chestnut Street, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Woodward-Clyde Consultants represent.s t.hat it. is <br /> <br />experienced <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />performing, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />uniquely <br /> <br />qualified <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />expert consulting services for such purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a municipal corporat.ion of the State of California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Woodward-Clyde Consultants, ent.i tIed, "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of Environment.al Impact Report <br /> <br />(form dated 07/18/90) <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for the preparat.ion of an environment.al impact report. pertaining <br /> <br />to t.he above-mentioned project, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby aut.horized and direct.ed t.o execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />"'rlr' <br />
