ORCHARD AVENUE, THE FREDERICK HENSHAW HUNTING LODGE, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Hist.oric Resources Advisory Commi t.t.ee presented an application, (and documents in support of said application) , to the Planning Commission requesting the designation of the hereinafter described parcel or parts t.hereof as a historic landmark; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said application and documents, and upon the testimony received at its noticed public hearing held upon said Committee's requested designation, has recommended that the following parcel or parts t.hereof be designated as a hist.oric landmark: 1. "The Frederick Henshaw Hunting Lodge" Location--302 Orchard Avenue; being Parcel A(0.138 AC), Parcel Map Volume 37/13; APN 059-113-430 "R-211 (Residential--Duplex) District WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 40.7 of the Code of Redwood Ci ty , a duly noticed public hearing before the City Council on the designation of the above parcel as a historic landmark has been held on May 20, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
