<br />DAL:dft <br /> <br />~ '15/91 (024/29) <br />~j. ¿0/91R <br /> <br />Council on the designation of the above four parcels as historic <br /> <br />landmarks has been held on May 20, 1991; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council, upon consideration of the documents, <br />referenced in Exhibit "A", (attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference), the recommendation of the <br /> <br />Planning <br /> <br />Commission, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />testimony <br /> <br />received <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Council's <br /> <br />noticed <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />hearing <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />requested <br /> <br />designation, <br /> <br />does <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />designate those parcels or parts thereof shown on Exhibit "All as <br /> <br />historic landmarks. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Planning <br /> <br />Commission, <br /> <br />Historic <br /> <br />Resources <br /> <br />Advisory <br /> <br />Committee, <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />Official <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Recorder <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />designation <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />transmit a copy of this resolution to the owners of record of the <br /> <br />property herein designated as historic landmarks. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11524 <br /> <br />... -r---"..." <br />
