<br />DES:djk 01:/09/91 <br /> <br />(072/28) <br /> <br />liabili ty and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Hampton Subdivision", <br /> <br />and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Technical <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Hampton <br /> <br />Subdivision", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's Standard Details, which plans and specifications are now <br /> <br />on file in t.he office of the City Engineer are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />cert.ain proposed <br /> <br />agreement between <br /> <br />the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Hampton Subdivision", <br /> <br />(form dated 05/09/91), a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
