Ward <br />Event Director, "RUN BY THE BAY" <br />38536 Knute Court <br />Fremont, Ca.94536 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />The "RUN BY THE BAY" <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ward, <br /> <br />The City Council on ****** has authorized me to issue this letter permitting <br />Sequoia Hospital to conduct the "Run By The Bay" in Redwood City, subject to <br />and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. [Minute Order ***] <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the "RUN BY THE BAY" (hereinafter, for <br />convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms <br />and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be sponsored and conducted <br />by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />REFER TO ATTACHED MAP, EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br />5. Dates and Time. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be conducted on June 9, <br />1991 with the set-up time of 6:00 AM.
