This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Carnival. The Carnival shall be sponsored and conducted by <br />Permittee. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited. <br /> <br />Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Non-transferability. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />Location. The City shall order the necessary temporary parking lot <br />closures of the City owned municipal lot at Jefferson and Middlefield <br />(Map Area "B") and provide barricades, but Permittee shall be <br />responsible for placing the barricades. The areas as shown in Map Area <br />"B", shall be reserved for the Carnival. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Dates and Time. The carnival shall be held from twelve o'clock noon <br />on July 3,1991 and end at 8:00 PM on July 7,1991, from 10 AM until 10 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />,- 11" <br />
