<br />DES:djk QA/30/91 <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />(071/28) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11516 <br /> <br />5/6/91 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF STUN GUNS AND <br />DIRECTING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, not less than three written bids were solicited for <br /> <br />the purchase of stun gun equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, bids were received <br /> <br />and the bid of Stun Tech, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this Council desires to approve the purchase of <br /> <br />said 90 Ultron II stun guns and holders in accordance with said <br /> <br />bid; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The bid of Stun Tech, Inc. to supply 90 Ultron II stun <br /> <br />guns <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />holders <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />total <br /> <br />purchase <br /> <br />price <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Fourteen <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />Thirteen <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />95/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($14,013.95) , <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />accepted. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute a purchase order or other appropriate purchase documents <br /> <br />(in form approved by the City Attorney) necessary or appropriate <br /> <br />to carry out the purchase hereby approved. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Stun Tech, <br /> <br />Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />---- ... - ""--Y" <br />
