<br />j)ES:djk 04/10/91 <br /> <br />(068/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />4/22/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11513 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CHESTNUT STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />cont.ract documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Chestnut <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those cert.ain documents entitled II Proposal and Cont.ract <br /> <br />for Chestnut Street Reconstructionll and "Special provisions for <br /> <br />Chestnut <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />Reconstructionll, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty' s <br /> <br />Engineering Division, Department of Community Development and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />cont.ract. <br /> <br />documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..----- .. ...,--r <br />
