<br />JJES:dft <br /> <br />4/2/91 <br /> <br />(051/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />4/15/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11508 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING < TO ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT - POLICE <br />FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />11194, <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />December 18, <br /> <br />1989, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />Wendell <br /> <br />Mounce, A.I.A. & Associates entered into an agreement dated as of <br /> <br />January 12, 1990 (the "Agreementll); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />11309 adopted June 11, <br /> <br />1990, by t.his Council, the parties entered into a first, amendment <br /> <br />to the Agreement dat.ed as of July 3, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />subsequent <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />entering <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />Wendell <br /> <br />Mounce, <br /> <br />A.I.A. <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Associates <br /> <br />merged <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />Leach <br /> <br />Kehoe <br /> <br />Archi t.ects of Ventura, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />forming the <br /> <br />firm of <br /> <br />Leach <br /> <br />Mounce Architects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, paragraph 9 of the Agreement. requires the consent <br /> <br />of the City to assignments of the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to consent to the Assignment <br /> <br />of the Agreement to Leach Mounce Architects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />second <br /> <br />amendment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />additional services as hereinafter specified; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This Council hereby consents to the assignment of the <br /> <br />'-_..."'~'.r <br />
