It is further agreed that the <br />following miscellaneous concerns and services shall be the <br />responsibility of Permittee, coordinated and approved by the Chief of <br />Police. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />overnight security for the festival area <br />additional security guards (6) in the stag.~ area <br /> <br />clean-up during and after the event <br /> <br />provision of trash bins and trash containers; <br /> <br />coordination with the police regarding block captains, security <br />and event communications; <br /> <br />notification to downtown merchants and coordination with those <br />who want to stay open for the event; <br /> <br />soft drinks in cans or paper cups, no bottles <br /> <br />maintain a centerline area clear of booths and obstructions for 15 <br />feet down all streets; maintain at least a 6 foot clear area in front <br />of all building areas. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br />connection with said celebration shall not be effectuated without the prior <br />written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />Acceptance.
