<br />DES:djk rJ3/27/9l <br /> <br />(067/28) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />4/8/91 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11505 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE CERTAIN <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Transportation, requires that an authorized agent. of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />certify <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />rights-of-way <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />appropriat.ely <br /> <br />executed for approval of all state and federally funded projects <br /> <br />that have been or will be constructed or acquired in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />authorize <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />right-of-way <br /> <br />certifications as an agent for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Engineer or his designee is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute all right-of-way certifications as an <br /> <br />agent for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for state and <br /> <br />federally funded projects. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the appropriate <br /> <br />officer of the State of California, Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />,... - <br />
