The pre- <br />parade 5K footrace will start at 9:30 A.M., followed by the Parade at <br />10:30 A.M. and the Festival from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. At dusk the <br />Fireworks display will again be held over the South Shores Property. <br />On July 3rd and 4th an Arts and Craft Fair will be held as indicated <br />on the attached map, along with Festival location and Parade route. <br />The following City Services are requested: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Street sweepers to be available approximately at 10:00 <br />A.M. to pick up fresh horse droppings along the Parade <br />Route. They will also be needed along Broadway A venue <br />after the Festival at approximately 6:00 P.M.. -. <br /> <br />Deliver and pick up 25 bleachers to Marshall and <br />Winslow street prior to and after the Parade. <br /> <br />Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations along the <br />Parade route as determined by the Police Department <br />To be in place before 9:00 A.M. <br /> <br />Install along the Parade route immediately before the <br />Parade the PCA Flags, which are in storage at the City <br />Yard, and remove them as soon as possible after the <br />Parade. <br /> <br />11498 <br /> <br />MEMBER: PARADE SPONSORS' ASSOCIATION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA INc. <br />(An organization formed for the purpose of presenting better parades) <br /> <br />r - <br />
