Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Redwood City, City <br />of Menlo Park, Town of Atherton, and County of San Mateo County for <br />the planning, designing and permitting of flood protection measures <br />within the Bayfront Canal and Atherton Channel Watershed (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to (1) proceed with the planning, <br />designing and permitting of flood protection measures within the Bayfront <br />Canal and Atherton Channel Watershed, and (2) execute the Memorandum <br />of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Redwood City, City of Menlo <br />Park, Town of Atherton, and County of San Mateo, with additions, <br />clarifications and other changes as the City Manager deems appropriate or <br />necessary, or an alternative agreement, in order to effectuate the above - <br />stated purpose and allow cost-sharing between any resulting participating <br />entities MINUTE ORDER 17-180 <br />B.
