CA 94063 <br />Assessor's Parcel Map No.: <br />Property Owner: Carrera FRB Comoanv <br />Phone No.: (650) 701-9200 <br />Designated Contact: Mr. Charles Burton <br />Phone No.: (650) 701-9200 <br />Mailing Address: Carlsen Porsche - 3636 Haven Ave Redwood Citv CA 94063 <br />The property contains three pervious pavement areas, located as described below and as <br />shown in the attached site plan, Exhibit'B'. <br />• Permeable Joint Pavers Area No. 1 — Along the Frontage of the Site along Haven <br />Avenue. <br />• Porous Asphalt Area No. 2 - Driveway from Haven Avenue- Northwest Side of the Site <br />• Porous Asphalt Area No. 3 - Behind the building along Bayshore Freeway, Southwest <br />Corner of the Site <br />• Porous Asphalt Area No. 4 - Northeast Corner of the Site on Haven Avenue <br />Routine Maintenance Activities <br />Types of pervious pavement include pervious concrete, porous asphalt, and permeable <br />interlocking concrete pavement (PICP), concrete grid pavers, and plastic reinforcement grid <br />pavers. The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, <br />which reduces infiltration capacity and pollutant removal efficiency. Routine maintenance <br />activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted, are shown in Table 1. <br />Table 1 <br />Routine Maintenance Activities for Pervious Pavement Areas <br />No. Maintenance Task <br />Check for sediment and debris accumulation. <br />Prevent soil from washing or blowing onto the <br />1 pavement. Do not store sand, soil, mulch or <br />other landscaping materials on pervious <br />pavement surfaces. <br />Conduct preventative surface cleaning, using <br />2 commercially available regenerative air or <br />vacuum sweepers, to remove sediment and <br />debris. <br />Inspect for any signs of pavement failure. <br />3 Repair any surface deformations or broken <br />pavers.
