Flow -Through Planter Maintenance Plan for <br />2075 Broadway Street <br />Flow-through planters are designed to treat and <br />temporarily detain runoff without allowing <br />seepage into the underlying soil. They typically <br />receive runoff via downspouts leading from the <br />roofs of adjacent buildings. <br />Project Address and Cross Street: <br />2075 Broadwav Street. LLC <br />Phone No.: 650-838-0100 <br />Designated Contact: <br />Phone No.: <br />Mailing Address <br />The property contains one two (2) Bio -retention Planters, located as described below and as <br />shown in the attached site plan: <br />Two (2) Bio -retention Planters located along the eastern property line. <br />Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objectives are to ensure that water flows unimpeded into the <br />flow-through planter and landscaping remains attractive in appearance. Table 1 shows the <br />routine maintenance activities, and the frequency at which they will be conducted. <br />Table 1 <br />Routine Maintenance Activities for Flow -Through Planters <br />No. Maintenance Task Frequency of Task <br />1 Evaluate health of trees and groundcover.
