Flow -Through Planter Maintenance Plan for <br />2075 Broadway Street <br />Flow-through planters are designed to treat and <br />temporarily detain runoff without allowing <br />seepage into the underlying soil. LLC <br />Phone No.: 650-838-0100 <br />Designated Contact: <br />Phone No.: <br />Mailing Address <br />The property contains one two (2) Bio -retention Planters, located as described below and as <br />shown in the attached site plan: <br />Two (2) Bio -retention Planters located along the eastern property line. <br />Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objectives are to ensure that water flows unimpeded into the <br />flow-through planter and landscaping remains attractive in appearance.
