<br />3. It is understood that the purpose of this contract is to facilitate and to provide a <br />convenient means for the administration of the individual activities of Association's <br />members, and for the disbursement of by City to individual members of Association for <br />the mutual benefit of the parties hereto. Therefore, no monetary consideration shall be <br />payable to Association for Association's services rendered hereunder except the sum of <br />Two Hundred and 00/100 Oollars ($200.00) for administrative services. <br /> <br />4. It is further understood and agreed that payment by City to Association for the <br />hereinafter designated individual services shall be at the rates set forth immediately <br />across therefrom: <br /> <br />RATES <br /> <br />All Slow Pitch Leagues <br />(2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />$42.50 per game <br /> <br />All Playoffs <br />(2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />$44.50 per game <br /> <br />Co-Ed Games <br />(1 umpire per game) <br /> <br />$26.75 per game <br /> <br />Co-Ed Playoffs <br />(2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />$55.50 per game <br /> <br />All sums disbursed to Association hereunder, except the aforementioned <br />administrative services sum of Two Hundred and 00/100 Oollars ($200.00), shall be <br />held in trust by Association and distributed to Association's individual members as <br />compensation for their respective individual services rendered at the above rates. It is <br />understood and agreed that in no event shall the total amount to be paid by City for all <br />individual services to be rendered by Association's members exceed Twenty Eight <br />Thousand and Sixty Nine Oollars and 50/100 Oollars ($28,069.50) for umpiring and Two <br />Hundred and 00/100 Oollars ($200.00) for administrative services; for a total not to <br />exceed $28,269.50 (Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Nine Oollars and <br />50/100). Payment, or installment payments, shall be made at such times and in such <br />form as City deems proper. Association shall provide an accounting to the Oirector of <br />Finance of City of all funds disbursed to employees or members of Association and <br />shall return all payments, or portions thereof, which have not been disbursed. <br /> <br />5.
