EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Tactical Spanish for Firefighters and EMS <br />Course Descriation <br />A 24 hour interactive class designed to present a Spanish language course oriented to <br />Firefighters in job related situations. Participants will use the course "Tactical Spanish <br />for Firefighters and EMS," the only Spanish language program that has been reviewed <br />and endorsed by the National Association of Hispanic Firefighters. <br />Instruction Fees <br />Fees for presenting a 24 hour Tactical Spanish for Firefighters and EMS are as <br />follows: <br />• Eight 3 -hour classes <br />Instruction Fees $4,680.00 (24 hours @ $195.00 per hour) <br />• Travel time $780.00 (112 of my hourly rate ($195) x 8) <br />• Mileage Morgan Hill -RC $466.40 (106 miles (@.55 per mile x 8) <br />Subtotal $5,926.40 <br />• Student course materials $140.00 (per <br />student) <br />• Maximum number of students : 20 per <br />session. <br />Two sessions will be held. <br />TOTAL COST PER SESSION: $8,726.40 <br />TOTAL COST FOR TWO SESSIONS: $17,452.80 <br />Fifty percent of the total cost of each session will be paid at least five (5) days prior to <br />the session beginning.
