<br />DAL:mgl 02/18/~1 <br /> <br />lUUli/li:J1 <br /> <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day <br /> <br />, 1991, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br /> <br />called IILessor,1I and <br /> <br />hereinafter called IILesseell; <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />Lessor and Lessee agree as follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />.I.. <br /> <br />LEASED PRE~.uSES. <br /> <br />Lessor (following due notice, hearing <br /> <br />and award of this <br /> <br />lease to Lessee, <br /> <br />all in accordance with the <br /> <br />provision of the Charter of the City of Redwood City), for and in <br /> <br />consideration of the rental payments provided for herein and of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />mutual <br /> <br />agreements, <br /> <br />terms, <br /> <br />covenants <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />herein <br /> <br />contained, <br /> <br />does <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />lease, <br /> <br />let <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />demise to <br /> <br />Lessee, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Lessee does hereby lease, <br /> <br />hire and take from Lessor, <br /> <br />all that <br /> <br />certain real property of Lessor thereon <br /> <br />(the IILeased Premises") <br /> <br />situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />more <br /> <br />particularly <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />"A", <br /> <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />general location of the <br /> <br />leased premises <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />shown upon Exhibit <br /> <br />liB", <br /> <br />attached hereto; provided, however, that reference to said <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />convenience <br /> <br />only, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />not be <br /> <br />deemed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />modify or amend the specific description set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise herein set forth the IILeased premisesll shall <br /> <br />not <br /> <br />include <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />constructed <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />pursuant to Paragraph 6. <br /> <br />TT <br />
