<br />DES:djk 0~/04/91 <br /> <br />(057/28) <br /> <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Palm <br /> <br />Estates <br /> <br />Subdivision", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Technical <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Palm <br /> <br />Estates <br /> <br />Subdivision" , <br /> <br />and the City's Standard Details, which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed <br /> <br />agreement between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Palm Estates Subdivisionll, <br /> <br />(form dated 02/04/91), a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
