<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk 01/14/91 <br />11 ,,-ö/91 <br /> <br />(039/26) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11468 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO PURCHASE CERTAIN <br />ITEMS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 <br /> <br />and Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby <br /> <br />authorize and request the Office of Procurement, Department of <br /> <br />General Services of the State of California to purchase certain <br /> <br />materials, <br /> <br />supplies <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />equipment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />wit: <br /> <br />two <br /> <br />(2 ) <br /> <br />passenger <br /> <br />vehicles <br /> <br />conforming <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />General Services of the City of Redwood City, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />sign <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />deliver <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />requests <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />(in <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Attorney) in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />m_.._--_~" <br />
