<br />DES:djk ol/03/91R <br /> <br />(052/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />1/7/91 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11465 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL RELEASE <br /> <br />EXECUTION <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(O'GRADY PAVING, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IISettlement Agreement and <br /> <br />Mutual Release II <br /> <br />(form dated 01/03/91R), by and between the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, as one party, and 0' Grady Paving, Inc., D. W. Young <br /> <br />Construction Construction Company and Engelhart Electric Company, <br /> <br />collectively as the other parties, providing for the settlement <br /> <br />of certain claims pertaining to the reconstruction of Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..-.....-- . - ""-'-r <br />
