<br />DES:dft 11/01/90 (030/29) <br />DES:dft 1 04/90R <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Mid-Peninsula, a California non-profit corporation, entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Facilitation of First-Time Home Buyers Program" <br /> <br />(form dated 12/04/90) pursuant to which Mid-Peninsula shall carry <br /> <br />out the aforementioned marketing and sales program in furtherance <br /> <br />of the City's First Time Home Buyers Program, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and the City Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />'r'- <br />
