Approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 1409 EI Camino Real; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with <br />GS Diller Subsidiary, LLC; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with GS Diller Subsidiary, LLC; <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with GS Diller Subsidiary, LLC; and <br />5.
