commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br />Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br />(e) The Worker's Compensation policy shall contain an endorsement <br />stating that the insurer waives any right to subrogation against the <br />City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br />agents. <br />(f) All insurance carriers are required to maintain an A.M. Best rating of <br />not less than "A-: VII". <br />16. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
