AGREEMENT <br />PROJECT SENTINEL INC. <br />(Fair Housing) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 10 day of <br />/November 2017, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and PROJECT <br />SENTINEL INC., a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the <br />"Parties' ). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br />including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br />and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br />conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br />year commencing July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br />of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($12,500) for exclusive <br />use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2017, and ending <br />June 30, 2018, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant <br />to Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit <br />B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
