ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />RENAISSANCE ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER <br />(ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this I(# day of November' <br />2017, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and RENAISSANCE <br />ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; <br />collectively the 'Parties"). <br />WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, including the <br />program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), and 'B" ("Program <br />Budget'), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the <br />program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing <br />July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br />Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty -Five and No/100 Dollars ($28,725) for <br />exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2017, and ending <br />June 30, 2018, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS.
