CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Program Objectives & Quantitative Goals <br />Fiscal Year 2017/2018 <br />Agency Information <br />Agency Name: Rape Trauma Services: A Center for Healing and <br />Violence Prevention <br />Address: 1860 EI Camino Real, Suite 406 <br />City, State, ZIP: Burlingame, CA 94010 <br />Activity/Program Title: Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth <br />Program Objectives & Quantitative Goals <br />Redwood City Consolidated Plan Priority and Objective Program <br />Addresses: <br />Provide basic human needs services for very low and low income persons and <br />households. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth provides mental <br />health services to address the multiple healing needs of child survivors of sexual <br />trauma including: crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, <br />medical/legal and forensic accompaniment, and information and referrals. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth will serve 60 Redwood City <br />persons. <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
