The following items are included: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Fees: A. <br />B. <br /> <br />Hourly and Unit Costs & Basis of Charges. <br />Budget Estimate. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity of being invited to submit this proposal. We have worked with the project team <br />members on previous projects. As Project Manager, I wi11 be intimately involved with both the management and <br />technical aspects of the project. We will be a responsible team player providing adequate staffing and timely <br />reports for inspections and laboratory tests. <br /> <br />We have attempted to provide competitive, thorough and realistic fees based on input from DPR Construction <br />and Glazier Iron, their steel sub-contractor. In addition, we have reviewed the project documents dated 5-20-05. <br />Item 1 B of our proposal is a detailed fee breakdown documenting the infonnation and assumptions used by us to <br />generate inspection and testing fees.
