contract by and between Fehr & Peers and ESA dated December 5, 2017, remain <br />applicable to the work described here. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Fehr & Peers will submit to ESA a draft VMT analysis and write up within four <br />weeks of receiving notice to proceed (NTP) and all necessary information from the <br />City. ESA and Fehr & Peers will incorporate the draft VMT analysis into the <br />Administrative Final EIR (fifth round) for submittal to the City at five weeks after the <br />NTP. <br />B.
