<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />TASK ORDER/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />NO.1 <br /> <br />This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the following <br />described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), and the contractor (the "Contractor") <br />hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: <br /> <br />Professional Consulting Services <br /> <br />Contractor: <br /> <br />Subsurface Consultants, Inc. <br />171 12th Street <br />Suite 205 <br />Oakland, California 94607 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: <br /> <br />September 12, 1996 <br /> <br />1. Task Described, <br /> <br />Contractor shall perform the following services, which are in <br />addition to those described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services: <br /> <br />a) Additional services related to the groundwater investigation in the EI Camino <br />Street area. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. <br /> <br />City shall compensate Contractor for the services described <br />in this Task Order under one of the two following <br />alternatives, as indicated (check and complete, as <br />appropriate): <br /> <br />a, - (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be <br />based upon the rates of charge and method of <br />calculation described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />b. Not to exceed $20,000.00. <br /> <br />3. Time of Performance.
