P-886 (TARIFF <br /> NO. 7) TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SAID TARIFF <br /> NO. 7 <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Port Commissioners has previously enacted <br /> Resolution No. P-886 (Tariff No. 7) to regulate the use of the Port Marina; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board intends to revise Tariff 7; and <br /> WHEREAS , proposed revisions include an increase in the berthing rates <br /> and provisions for the use of the Port Marina by live-aboards; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port has applied with the San Francisco Bay <br /> Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) for a permit allowing the <br /> use of a certain percentage of the berths located at the Port Marina to be used as <br /> live-aboards; and <br /> WHEREAS, BCDC has not yet acted on the Ports Application. <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Resolution No. P-886 (Tariff No. 7) , adopted March 29, 1979, effective <br /> April 1 , 1979, and amended from time to time, shall be , and the same <br /> is hereby, amended by deleting the provisions of Tariff No. 7, and <br /> amendments thereto, in conflict with the proposed amendments, and <br /> adopting the proposed provisions of Tariff No. 7, attached hereto and <br /> titled "Marina & Port Area Tariff No. 7" (Effective Date of November 1 , <br /> 2017, for reference purposes) . <br /> RESO 253 <br /> 09/21/17 <br /> PORT/RESO <br /> FxS <br />
