<br />...5. /./1/- ~ <br />'{his amendment also extends the length of the agreement from December 31, 2005 <br />through June 30, 2006, with no changes in existing agreement unit prices. <br /> <br />Alternative <br />The City Council could reject the temporary labor agreement amendment as proposed, and <br />give alternative direction to staff. In that case, Bay Span would not be able to meet the <br />current insurance requirements. Therefore, the City would need to cancel the agreement <br />with Bay Span and contract with a different temporary labor provider that meets the City's <br />standards. <br /> <br />Staff believes the best approach is to approve the amendment for the recommended <br />language and extended time.
