RD-O5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH VILLA <br />MONTGOMERY, loP. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Right of Entry Agreement by and between Agency and Villa <br /> <br />Montgomery, L.P. ("Partnership"), pursuant to which this Agency grants <br /> <br />Partnership the right to enter the premises described in the Right of Entry for the <br /> <br />purpose of conducting construction staging in connection with the development <br /> <br />of an affordable housing project to be developed by Partnership on property <br /> <br />located adjacent to such premises.
